Sometimes "simple" is "best". Even people who "...don't like sturgeon/fish" have complimented this easy recipe.
BBQ STURGEON
Sturgeon meat, cut into 1 1/2-inch squares Thick sliiced Black-Pepper Bacon Salt to taste Flat toothpicks
Salt sturgeon. Cut bacon in half to make 4 or 5 inch slices. Wrap sturgeon squares with one piece of bacon and secure with toothpick. Place on medium-hot (greased) grill. When bacon is done, so is the sturgeon.
