NUTTY BROWNIE SUNDAES

FOR THE BROWNIES:
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup fudge ice-cream topping
1 cup chocolate chips, divided use
3/4 cup peanuts
FOR THE TOPPING:
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 tablespoon heavy (whipping) cream or milk
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

TO MAKE THE BROWNIES:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease square pan, 9x9x2 inches.

Mix baking mix, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, 1/4 cup margarine, 1 teaspoon vanilla and the eggs. Spread in pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately sprinkle with marshmallows. Drizzle with topping. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and the peanuts.

TO MAKE THE TOPPING:
Mix remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons margarine and the whipping cream in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate and margarine are melted; remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until blended. Pour evenly over brownies.

Refrigerate about 2 hours or until topping is firm. Cut into bars.

Makes 20 brownies
