ORANGE-PINEAPPLE TEA BREAD
1 (1 lb. 4-oz.) can Dole Crushed Pineapple 3 cups buttermilk biscuit mix 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 egg 1/2 cup orange marmalade
Drain pineapple reserving 3/4 cup syrup. Add syrup to biscuit mix along with the melted butter, egg and orange marmalade. Beat until just blended.
Fold in pineapple. Pour into lightly greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. Place on wire rack 15 minutes to cool. Invert onto serving plate.
