FRENCH APPLE PIE
pastry for a 2-crust (8-inch) pie 1 (21 ounce) can Comstock Apple Pie Filling 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
Line pie pan with rolled pie crust; set aside.
In a medium bowl blend together remaining ingredients and spread evenly in crust Place vented or lattice top crust over apple mixture.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue baking until golden brown. If necessary, cover edge of crust with foil to prevent overbrowning.
